We mediate the rental of a comfortable two-room apartment in Split, district Bol. The apartment is located in a very quiet and intimate location, only a few minutes’ walk from the city center. It is located on the ground floor of a smaller residential building, and consists of one bedroom, another bedroom with its own bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room and another bathroom. From the living room there is access to the garden, which is completely fenced, and the tenants will be able to enjoy drinking the first morning coffee or hanging out around the barbecue. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, dishes, bed linen, pillows, towels…). It is available from 01.10. and is rented long-term (it will be available during the tourist season as well).
The monthly rental price is 1000e + utilities.

The tenant pays an agency commission in the amount of one month’s rent.
