We mediate the sale of an autochthonous Dalmatian stone house in Gornja Podstrana. The house is being sold in a used condition – a new concrete floor, a new roof with beams and insulation and fence walls behind the house have been installed. The plot offers a panoramic view of Vis, Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Čiovo, Split. A conceptual project was made for the house. The house has excellent predispositions for engaging in tourism due to its unique position and breathtaking view.
